Sponsors

Name the problem. Fund the outcome.

You are not sponsoring a program. You are funding a specific problem with a bounty behind it, and getting a founder who relocates to Las Vegas to solve it in front of you.

What makes a good problem

It costs you real money.

Downtime, leakage, headcount, compliance exposure, missed revenue. Something with a number attached.

Nobody inside has solved it.

Not for lack of effort. It sits outside the roadmap or outside the skill set.

Someone can sign.

A named decision maker who can approve a pilot and, later, a contract.

A pilot is possible.

There is data, a site, or a system a founder can work against within twelve weeks.

The twelve weeks

Week 0

Problem intake, success criteria, and bounty confirmed.

Week 1

Founder matched and introduced to your decision maker.

Weeks 2–11

Weekly working sessions. Build against your data, your site, your constraints.

Week 12

Working pilot reviewed against the criteria you wrote. Contract decision.

What you keep

A working answer, and a company that stays in Nevada.

You keep the pilot, the option to contract, and a supplier headquartered in the state you operate in. Publish the problem anonymized or with your name on it — your call.
