How it works
Problems in. Companies out. Nevada keeps them.
Corpcierge is not an accelerator and not a consultancy. It is an access company: funded industry problems on one side, founders who can solve them on the other, and everything in between handled.
01
Industry funds a problem.
A sponsor names something expensive and unsolved, attaches a decision maker, and puts a bounty and a pilot budget behind the outcome. No ideas competition. No pitch theater.
- Problem statement and success criteria written in plain language
- Named decision maker who can sign
- Bounty range and pilot budget confirmed
- Data or site access identified up front
02
We match a founder.
We source from our own pipeline, university labs, venture portfolios, and the operators already circling the sector. One founder, one problem, one clock.
- Technical fit reviewed against the success criteria
- Founder meets the decision maker before the seat is offered
- Terms, IP, and pilot scope agreed in writing
- Start date set inside the quarter
03
Twelve weeks in Las Vegas.
The founder moves here. Housing, workspace, entity, banking, benefits, and back office are already set up. The Seat handles the city so the team only handles the problem.
- Furnished housing and workspace from day one
- Nevada entity, banking, payroll, and benefits
- Weekly working sessions with the sponsor
- Capital conversations run in parallel, not after
04
Nevada keeps the company.
A working pilot converts to a contract. The entity stays in Nevada, the hires happen here, and the next problem is already funded.
- Pilot to contract conversion with the sponsor
- Nevada entity retained and staffed locally
- Follow-on capital through our venture partners
- Founder becomes a reference for the next cohort
