What you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.
Using this site
You may use the site to learn about the program, make a request, and apply. Do not attempt to access data that is not yours, and do not submit anything you do not have the right to share.
Requests and bundles
A bundle assembled by the concierge is an illustration of what we can arrange. It is not a quote, an offer, or a contract until we send you one in writing.
Problem registration
Registering a problem records your intent. Letters of intent captured in the sponsor form are non-binding until a signed agreement exists. Bounties and pilot budgets are confirmed separately.
Partner rates
Rates supplied by service, property, and venture partners are held in confidence and used only to build Seat bundles. Partner names stay hidden until approved.
Confidentiality
Problem statements may be published anonymized unless you tell us otherwise on the form. Founder decks and financials are never published.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you submit. You give us permission to use it to operate the program and to report aggregate outcomes.
No warranty
The program is delivered with care but without guarantee of a match, a pilot, an investment, or a relocation outcome.
Governing law
