Plain language, because a policy nobody reads protects nobody.
What we collect
Your name, email, phone, organization, and whatever you choose to tell us in a request or an application form. If you upload a file — a deck, a W-9, a rate sheet — we store that file too.
Why we collect it
To answer your request, to match problems with founders, and to report counted program outcomes to our public partners. Reporting is aggregate: numbers, not names.
Who sees it
Corpcierge staff. Sponsors see a founder's application only when that founder is matched to their problem. Partner names and rates are never published without approval.
Where it lives
In our managed database and private file storage, encrypted in transit and at rest. Uploaded files are private by default and reachable only through short-lived links issued to staff.
How long we keep it
Applications and requests are kept for three years, then deleted. Ask us sooner and we will delete them sooner.
Your choices
Write to privacy@corpcierge.com to see, correct, export, or delete anything we hold about you. We answer within thirty days.
Cookies
We use a single first-party session cookie and privacy-preserving analytics without cross-site tracking or advertising pixels.
